If you have an urgent concern, you are welcome to call our answering service at 636-239-0895 or send a text to 636-202-9123 containing your name, your pet's name, and the nature of your concern. IF a doctor is available, we will promptly reach out to you. It is important to note that our services are unavailable from 10 pm to 5 am. Thank you for your understanding.
We want you to have quick access to help when your pet needs urgent care. If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, go to a 24/7 emergency hospital immediately. If you can, call ahead so the team can prepare.

- Suspected toxin ingestion (medications, chocolate, xylitol, antifreeze, rodent bait)

What to bring: - Any medications/supplements your pet takes
- Photos of product labels or plants (possible toxin exposures)
- Recent records if you have them (not required)
